Used by some of the top Artisan Bakery’s and Pastry Chef’s in Ireland, our butter has been designed for ease of use and delivers a deliciously and crisp flaky croissant, with a rich, authentic butter flavour.
Made using traditional methods and using milk from grass-fed cows.
